Diwali – the traditional Hindu festival of lights and the biggest celebration in India is coming up at the end of October this year and to help celebrate this sparkling festival right here in Hong Kong, Mums@PLAY is delighted to announce its Annual Diwali Bazaar on October 6th.
Entry is FREE and the bazaar welcomes all regular customers, supporters, friends and guests, women who wish to have a fun-filled day enjoying a festive shopping experience, make new friends, meet their team of ‘mompreneurs’ who work hard behind-the-scenes to bring to you both traditional and contemporary Indian art in the form of stunning silver and gemstone jewellery, embroidered dresses and silk sarees. We also have traditional home decorations, curated gift items, tableware, ethnic fusion wear like tunics, salwar kurta, organic skincare, decorative and scented candles and diyas, luxury glassware, organic food items and much more. The bazaar will “light up” from 11 am to 7 pm offering a full day of festive fun.

Location: Located in convenient Wanchai, the venue is just a two minute walk from Wanchai MTR exit C. The bazaar will be held in the 2200 sq ft space at Garage Society, Wanchai, which is a bright and friendly collaborative, coworking space for small businesses.

Mums@PLAY events: They consist of friendly one-day bazaars, weekly pop-ups and business workshops. The bazaars are held in the vibrant and spacious venues attracting a dedicated footfall of regular and new customers and guests. A boutique bazaar with exclusive stalls, in the past the bazaars have been held in different locations like Cyberport, Central, Causeway Bay, Sheung Wan and now in Wanchai. The atmosphere at Mums@PLAY events is casual and relaxed and our guests tend to spend a couple of hours browsing through the stalls, entertaining their toddlers or just general networking.

Vendors are hand-picked for their exclusive products and/or for the passion and belief in their brand. This bazaar is conducted in an informal and friendly space to support our talented ladies who have an opportunity to showcase their talents and meet the admirers / buyers. Mums@Play is a fountain of inspiration for buyers and vendors and it is also a testing ground for our ladies before they take off into the real world of business. Vendors become a part of the growing Mums@PLAY family and form a close-knit support group for other future similar events.
