The Hong Kong Government in their 2023-24 Budget announced the implementation of the 2023 Consumption Voucher Scheme under which consumption vouchers with a total value of $5,000 or $2,500 will be disbursed to each eligible people in two (2) installments. All people, who have successfully registered under the 2022 CVS will receive the consumption voucher directly through the registered stored value facility (“SVF”) accounts on 16 April 2023.

Temporary Service Centres
People with special needs can call hotline 185000 to make reservation and visit the following eight temporary service centres to amend their account information with assistance of the staff from 11 to 29 March 2023.
